Performer Multi-Point EFI systems are designed for 1987-95 5.7 engines originally equipped with Throttle body injection. These complete systems utilize the stock computer, stock sensors and throttle body unit, without stock injectors, for a simple and effective conversion to multi- point fuel injection. The Performer Multi- Point EFI system has eight injectors that spray fuel directly into the cylinder head. Air is the only thing that flows through the manifold, and when air combines with the fuel, this high velocity mixture packs the combustion chamber for maximum power from every drop of fuel. The results: Maximum performance, improved fuel economy and more horsepower: This system offers an 80 horsepower and 81 lbs/torque gain over stock engines.
